Connecting Issue - Pioneer SPH-C19BT
I have been using pioneer SPH-C19BT since October-2018. i have started to facing the connecting issue with my unit. the issue is explained below,
When i connect the unit via Bluetooth it gets connected as expected but once i give ignition to my car and the pioneer unit restarts the connection gets lost and when i try to reconnect via Bluetooth it just refuse to connect again. the message i got is "Please ensure SPH-C19BT is turned on and in range"
to reconnect the device i have to do "forget device" in my phone and have to pair it again in order to make it work again.
I have tried resetting the Pioneer unit and also network setting of my phone but the issue didn't solved.
I have used following devices (Pioneer SPH-C19BT says "Made for iPhone)
iPhone 7 - IOS 12.1.4
iPhone 5 - IOS 12.2
Please note that i have visited the pioneer service center in Pune. there they have tried connecting the device with Android Oreo and everything was fine-No issue over Re-connecting after Pioneer unit gets restart after car ignition.

Same issue I am also facing while connecting my iPhone 6 via Bluetooth for my pioneer SPH-C19BT.I have sent my pioneer SPH-C19BT to pioneer service centre but problem is not been solved same connection problem after car ingnition turned off I have to go back to Bluetooth setting on my iPhone 6 and have to select forget device and then it’s get reconnected.can to please give solution at email@example.com Submitted by neelesh | April 23, 2019
