Job description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy cloud components as per design and architecture provided by principal architect.
• Work hands on with operations to set up cloud platform from scratch.
• Work with rest of the development, infrastructure, test, and production support teams to ensure proper implementation.
• Follow SDLC process, best practices, and operational metrics to ensure effectiveness.
• Propose technical approaches to implementing solutions within the scope of customer requirements.
• Be part of agile development practices to deliver the highest possible quality, performance and feature velocity.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B. Tech degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
• 3-5 years’ full stack development experience building testable enterprise grade platform and applications
• Must understand Software design and Development, Design Patterns, Object oriented design, layered architectures, distributed systems and Micro-services architecture including SaaS
• Good English is a must, Japanese is a plus
• Experience with cross-platform development: Java/Spring Boot, JavaScript/Nodejs, Python, PHP/SQL/.Net and REST
• Prior experience in Telemetry, Automotive, IoT, SMS gateway integration, C2D, D2C, C2C communication technologies is a plus
• Understanding cloud native technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, helms, capable to cover full development lifecycle including Jenkins based CI/CD, micro services development, API gateway
• Experience in MQTT base cloud components, JSON, protobuf, Kafka, Redis, any RDS, DB or datalakes
• Experience in use of source code management system like SVN or GIT and build tools like ant, maven, Gradle or make
• Knowledge of tools like Eclipse, IntelliJ, Git, Jenkins, JUnit, JMeter, Mockito, Google Mock, SonarCube
• Knowledge of Mobile app cloud interaction, Google APIs like notification, Google MAPs is a plus
