Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct architecture feasibility analysis, including profiling, benchmarking, and prototyping new features to ensure robust hardware solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and document detailed architecture specifications, serving as a reference for development teams.
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from scoping, planning, conception, design, implementation, and testing to delivery and maintenance.
• Provide design and validation reviews, offering feedback on architecture, design issues, integration, performance, and scalability.
• Drive technology roadmaps in areas of expertise to foster innovation and align with long-term product goals.
• Work closely with silicon and component suppliers to ensure high-quality hardware integration.
• Design and architect hardware systems and components to meet stringent automotive standards.
• Develop and document hardware specifications and standards for consistent and reliable implementation.
• Perform simulations, testing, and validation of hardware components to ensure functionality and performance.
• Analyze and optimize system performance and reliability to meet product requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7-10 years in hardware design and architecture, preferably in the automotive or related industries.
• Proven expertise in designing and architecting hardware systems, including feasibility analysis, prototyping, and validation.
• Strong knowledge of hardware development processes, including simulations, testing, and performance optimization.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers (e.g., silicon and component vendors).
• Familiarity with automotive standards and embedded systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical leadership across the development lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills to document specifications and provide constructive feedback.
