Contest Entry Rules and Eligibility:

• Those willing to participate should create a video on the contest theme- happy in car moments and meet all criteria.
• The contest is open to anyone who is a resident of India and is a legal adult, i.e. above 18 years in age at the time of participation.
• The video should be original, with the video being between 30 to 50 seconds long.
• Each entry should warrant that you are the sole owner and creator of the content and have the right and authority to use contents like music or sound.
• Your submission should warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions, including consent of the individual featured in our entry and your entry does not contain any copyright violations of materials like logos, music, etc.
• Your entry should not have any intellectual property infringements.
• Participants are required to strictly follow all road safety norms while capturing their videos like:
  • Videos must be taken when the car is parked or safely stopped.
  • Seat belts must be worn by all passengers visible in the video, as per government safety regulations.
  • No use of mobile phones by the driver while the car is in motion.
  • No dangerous stunts or unsafe actions should be attempted inside or outside the vehicle.
  • Compliance with local traffic laws is necessary.
  • Keep the content light, joyful, and safe – reflecting genuine in-car happiness.
• Pioneer promotes responsible driving and reserves the right to reject any entry not aligned with these safety standards.
• Participants indemnify Pioneer India against any claims arising from participation as participants create videos at their own risk. Any accidents, injuries or legal violations that arise in doing so will not be a liability of Pioneer India.

Selection of Winner

• Winner’s will be announced on 27th October 2025 on Pioneer India’s official Instagram handle.
• The selection of winners will be based on the overall quality of video submission like creativity, relevance to the theme, engagement, quality of the content etc.
• Pioneer India’s decision in selection of winners and all other aspects of the contest will be final and binding. No correspondence or claims regarding the selection process will be entertained.

Rewards

• Stand a chance to win 10 exciting prizes worth ₹90,000.
• The prizes are nontransferable, non-resaleable, non- exchangeable, and non- refundable.
• No cash alternatives will be provided for the prizes.
• Pioneer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another item of equal or greater value if circumstances make it necessary to do so.
• Winners will be contacted by Pioneer India within 2 days of the winner announcement via email to confirm their details and complete the necessary documentation.
• Winners should provide the required information within 10 working days.
• Once the information is received, the prize shall reach the winner within 20 days.

Tax Obligations and Documentation

• Prizes that exceed a market of INR 10,000 are subject to Section 194B of the Income Tax Act in India mandates the deduction of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) at 30%as per statutory requirements.
• The TDS shall be deducted from the prize value before distribution and TDS certificates shall be provided as per law. For this, winners are required to provide their Pan Card details to ensure transparency.

Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal information collected includes name, age and city of residence for contest administration purposes only.
• The collected data will be stored with us for 6 months.
• By submitting your video, you grant Pioneer India an irrevocable and royalty free right to use, edit, and share your content across its social media channels, website, and promotional platforms without additional consent or compensation.
• Pioneer India also reserves the right to edit, repurpose, and reuse your submitted video in future campaigns, promotions, or brand communication.
• By submitting, you agree to the collection of personal information and its usage as mentioned above.

Disqualification

• Entries submitted beyond the contest period will not be accepted.
• If an entry is found to be violating any intellectual property rights or copyrights, Pioneer reserves the right to disqualify it.
• Entries that depict unsafe driving practices, distraction while driving, or violation of traffic rules will be disqualified.

Note: Pioneer India reserves the right to modify or suspend the contest terms at any time. The decision of Pioneer India will be final and binding in all respects.

Criteria for Selecting Winners

This is a skill and creativity contest where you must submit an original piece of content. The final selection will be made by a qualified jury based on the overall quality of the submission and adherence to safety norms.

1. Authenticity: Genuine, happy, in-the-moment expressions.
2. Creativity: Fun, unique take on happiness inside the car.
3. Relevance: Entries clearly show in-car moments.
4. Joyfulness: Express pure joy of in-car moments.
5. Safety Norms: Must not violate any safety instructions or legal rules.
6. Quality: Clear audio/video (not necessarily pro-level, but good visibility).
